The MEVA Toyota Land Cruiser 76 is an Armoured SUV with ballistic protection level: B6.
The Toyota Land Cruiser 76 is the perfect vehicle to use on rough terrain, used by VIP’s, UN Organisations, NGO’s. The Land Cruiser 76 has the flexibility of a five-seater with the formidable ability of a 4x4, with 151kw of power and 430 Nm torque.
Side armouring of passenger compartment to provide protection against ammunition up to CEN Level B6.
Floor blast protection against detonation of two DM-51 German ordnance hand grenades or equivalent.
Roof protection against up to CEN Level B6 at 45° angle of attack.
Ballistic steel interior frame provides overlap and backup protection for the large surface main impact areas such as the doors and windows.
All side armouring of passenger compartment (roof and verticles) to provide protection up to CEN Level B6.
Vehicle’s armour plates are stitch-welded using high-intensity MIG welders to ensure maximum strenght.
Transparent armouring acheived with multilayer glass/polycarbonate combination. Door pillars reinforced to accomodate the additional weight of the armoured door and heavy duty door hinges are fitted to provide durability and stability.
