The Mahindra Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser 79 is a rugged and most reliable armoured pickup truck to use on rough terrain, for VIPs, UN Organisations, NGO’s. This armoured Toyota pickup is designed to tackle the toughest terrain, providing the perfect solution for an armoured pickup for aid and humanitarian agencies worldwide in the most demanding situations. The Land Cruiser 79 comes with an option for single and double-cabin.
Armoured Land Cruiser pickup’s all side passenger compartment (roof and verticals) provides ballistic protection up to CEN Level B6. The ballistic steel interior frame provides overlap and backup protection for the doors and windows from direct and angled shots.
The Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser 79’s armour plates are stitch-welded using high-intensity MIG welders to ensure maximum strength. The Door pillars are reinforced to accommodate the additional weight of the armoured door, and heavy-duty door hinges are fitted to provide durability and stability. Heavy-duty suspension system including brakes, suspension and tyres are reinforced to cop up the armouring weight of the vehicle.
The Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser 79 pickup is available in both LHD and RHD and with customizable rear cargo area for various operational profiles dependent on client requirements
