Business Development Manager (French Speaking)

The Business Development Manager (French) at Mahindra Emirates Vehicle Armouring will have to manages sales of the company’s products and services within a defined geographic area, province or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

Core Functions:
• Collaborates with sales team for establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
• Determines sales targets and deals with reputed customers at a legal platform for the betterment of business by adding Goodwill to the company.
• Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
Details of Functions:
• Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Sales Head/ CEO .
• Manages and coordinates with sales support staff to develops sales.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company and Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in company’s products.
• Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Collaborates with sales team to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Reporting: Directly to the CEO
Available Territories: Francophone countries
Qualifications:
• Proficiency in French language is a compulsory and MANDATORY
• Nationality: Any
• A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience in similar sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
