Driver Training Experience within MEVA Driving Instructors have provided Off Road Driver Training for the Ministry of Defense within the UK and abroad in Operational and none Operational areas. The depth of knowledge within Staff has been gained from many years within the Military including Special Forces all over the world.
All driving staff holds an NPTC City in Guilds in either an Assessor or Operator and all instructors are qualified with out of reach medical training.
This course is designed for the 4x4 vehicle operators with very little vehicle knowledge in operating on road and in off road conditions and limited understanding on the vehicle capabilities and subsystems
The course starts with a classroom briefing on:
Course outline
Risk assessments and emergency
Pre-use safety
Vehicle operating systems (including demonstration)
Specialist driving techniques
The environment and H&S issues associated with driving/conditions
